I luv the way they treat me and my babies(2 dogs). They are such wonderful people and very caring. It doesn't seem to be just about money with them.

So thrilled with this place. I asked on FB for suggestions on a new local vet for my animals since we just moved far away from our old place . Our animals have only had initial check ups so far but each time we've gone in (we asked for separate appointment days for certain animals) the staff are very friendly, the doctors seem very knowledgeable. One dog and one cat are both very anxious and have had bad experiences with vets in the past, both of them did so well here, the Dr and techs both take their time to earn the animals trust and give them love rather than manhandling them to try and get them out asap which is so important to me to make it as happy an experience as possible for them. Also was given suggestions on possible options for issues they are having that were never presented in over 2 years at other vets we've seen. So far I have no issues and hope to continue going here for a long time!

Very friendly staff. Very clean inside and out. I have an anxious dog that tends to want to bite when getting shots. They offered to randomly bring her in for "happy" visits where she just interacts without any bad experiences (shots). I have never had a vet that offered anything like that. GREAT PEOPLE!

We took our dog here a few times & they were wonderful with him. The last time he was sick & we saw Dr. Harris. She ran ran thorough tests, went over every detail of what she wanted to do & why. Then made sure we were good with the plan before doing any of it. After the results came back she gave me honest answers to make the best choice for him. We were left with having to put him down due to being full of tumors. They allowed us plenty of time to say goodbye & even waited so our daughter could drive from Bloomington to be there too. Shania was the tech & she spent a lot of time with us, being so caring & patient. She helped us through the cremation process. They were all kind, caring, compassionate & went above & beyond in their care of him & us. Prices are reasonable also!

big thanks to Heal Pet Care for taking care of Cash today! they where buys bees with a full parking lot and where so helpful to me. they know cash is my daily savior! He's my medical service dog and would volunteers himself to help and would do so with his life if it was necessary. knowing this they where quick to help and fit him in in-between there busy day of appointments. he was injured from playing with some dogs at the dog park on his day off last night right after they closed so I was left with no choice but to wait for I cannot make the trip to indy. after leaving a detailed message I awoke to a phone call made before there actual open time to make sure we where taken care of and given instruction as to what we should do and our options for his checkup and medicine. we send lots of doggie bone love to them thanks! from cash & james

Dr. Harris has been taking care of my pets for 15 years, and I can say without any doubt that she is the best vet I will meet in my lifetime. I had a problem child dog with a genetic condition, and throughout his life she was a partner in his care, always researching and staying informed. I attribute his long life, despite numerous health issues, to our ability to work together for him. I drive 40 miles one way to bring my animals to Heal and will continue to do so as long as I am able. Pricing is incredibly fair and way below what my family in other areas report. Take your pets here: you will not regret it!

I love Heal Pet Care & so does Henri!!! Last week I called because I needed Henri’s pet records because we were going out of town unexpectedly!!! They printed them out for me within minutes & I was so deeply appreciative. This is down home care!!!

This new location is spacious and welcoming. Every staff member was friendly and smiling. Prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend this location for vet care.
